So why Little Lash Boutique? We literally know what we are doing. LLB has been in business since 2013 and started off with the reputation that we fix other people's mistakes. There are nail salons, waxing center's, and now a waxing franchise that are all gambling with the safety and health of your natural eyelashes and actual eyes. Our technique is non-damaging and completely waterproof.  Every single natural eyelash is isolated, prepped, and an extension gets applied with a propriety medical-grade adhesive that is made specifically for the eyelashes.  Before the artistry comes the sanitation standards for Little Lash Boutique. Every item single use, and the tools required for the application of individual eyelash extensions, eyebrow extensions, or the microblading are all completely submerged in an EPA-regulated hospital-grade disinfectant for the required time as deemed by the New York State Appearance Enhancement Laws.  You do not just lay there on a bed hoping for the best.  At LLB you are in not only in good hands, you're under the care of an esthetician that has met the standards of New York State, is multi-certified, and has gone through the three-step evaluation of Little Lash Boutique's owner, Joann Donnelly.  Read her story here.

How long do eyelash extensions last? In about two weeks, you can expect about half of your extensions to shed.  When proper aftercare is followed, the eyelash extensions wearer will find that the extensions shed very gracefully and naturally.  It is best to start with the Fullest Package so in two to three weeks the wearer will have more extensions left than the lighter sets.  When applied properly, eyelash extensions can last up to two months, depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes.  You will find that Little Lash Boutique uses a unique waterproof bonding agent that lasts longer than most other adhesives.  Imitation products may not last as long because of their low-quality bonding agent.

How many eyelashes will I need?  At Little Lash Boutique we do not count lashes.  This is something the new places and NYC places are doing.  There is a reason for that... Here we give you a custom look according to how many natural lashes you have.  After a full consultation we will come to a conclusion with you about which set will be best for your eye shape and desires.

Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing eyelash extensions? Yes.  Long Island Lashes' adhesive allows clients to swim, shower, exercise, and visit the spa worry-free.  Just be gentle!

Can I use an eyelash curler with eyelash extensions? No.  This will permanently damage the extensions and your natural eyelashes.

How long does the application take? Depending on the your needs, it can take up to two hours.

Can I still wear eye makeup with eyelash extensions? Yes, thought you will find that you will not need to.  Little Lash Boutique offers specially made mascaras and eyeliners just for individual eyelash extensions.

Are the eyelash extensions glued to the skin? No, they are adhered approximately 1mm from the eyelid.  Anyone who answers "yes" to this question...RUN!

Can the eyelash extensions be removed? Yes, at any time for any reason they can be removed.  Eyelash extensions can also be "grown out."

Does Little Lash Boutique "do cluster lashes"? No, we do not apply or sell cluster eyelashes.  Clusters are not eyelash extensions.  Clusters are about five to ten lashes stuck together with a knot.  That knot is attached to the client's natural eyelashes.  Not only is the cluster eyelash too heavy for the natural eyelash, it is attached to several natural eyelashes.  Human eyelashes shed everyday.  When the natural eyelash is ready to come off of the eyelid, the cluster puts pressure on the other attached natural eyelashes forcing them to come out as well.  That is when we hear of horror stories of women losing their natural eyelashes.  If there are no natural eyelashes, there is absolutely no way to attach an eyelash extension.  There is so much glue on the client's eyes that proper hygiene is impossible.
